Welcome to LR Wellbeing
If you grew up with a parent who was emotionally immature, inconsistent, or absent, you already know how this disrupts your life and your wellbeing. Here I talk about setting boundaries, give insight and words to the way you read relationships, the way you second-guess yourself. We talk about how to have internal change vs just telling you to isolate from family. And please know, you are not alone on this.
Throughout the support I offer general wellbeing tools to address the whole person through the healing journey which includes sleep, nutrition and movement guidance.
LR Wellbeing is built around Before Love, the book I wrote in 2025 on how you can heal early wounds when have parents who were emotionally unavailable to you. While I am a licensed therapist, in this space I am offering coaching services. I offer workbooks, in person and online support, courses and consulting.
You will find practical tools and frameworks to help you recognize old patterns, set boundaries without guilt, and move from people-pleasing toward self-respect, at your own pace. Start with the book, work through a workbook, or join a course when you're ready to go deeper.

Join A Small Group
Together we walk through activities from the book, pacing your healing journey with the support of peers in a safe space. You get to relate, connect and build a long lasting group of like minded people. Groups are 5 people max(co-ed, men’s focus, or women’s focus). Small groups allow for empathic listening, personalization and a safe space to share and connect.
